Floral and tea-like. Grown in the highlands of Gedeb in Yirgacheffe, this washed lot presents the clarity and delicate aromatics typical of the region. Bright lemon zest and honeydew sweetness lead the cup, followed by jasmine florals and a clean black tea finish. Elegant, lifted, and refined.
