Refund Policy

At feri. coffee, we take immense pride in the precision of our roasting and the quality of our beans. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we handle returns with a focus on fairness and quality assurance.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

feri. coffee will take full responsibility and offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions:

– The product received is physically faulty or damaged and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product. feri coffee or the distributor will determine the extent of the failure. 
– The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the represented description and/or images of the item.
– The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

All refund claims must be made by contacting us via order@feripoint.com

Exchange

Due to the nature of feri. coffee business, we are not replacing or exchanging a faulty product as there will only be a limited quantity of the same coffee.

Cancellation

A customer may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed and be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. 

Brew-Analysis Support

If you find the flavor profile isn’t meeting expectations, it is often a matter of fine-tuning the extraction variables.

  • Expert Diagnosis: Share your brew data (Grind size, Temp, Ratio) with our team.

  • Sensory Alignment: Our roasters will provide the “Golden Profile” based on our latest QC cupping.

  • Remote Calibration: We will help you identify extraction errors, ensuring you unlock the full aromatic potential of your beans.
