My story
feri. coffee was founded from over a decade of dedication to coffee. Our story began in Hong Kong in 2014, where small-batch roasting at home in Ferry Point grew into a pursuit of quality that led through coffee shops, universities and roasteries. Along the way, every step was driven by curiosity, refinement, and the desire to share better coffee.
In 2020, we relocated to London, bringing with us years of experience and a vision to create something of our own. After working within the city’s vibrant coffee scene and continuing to hone our craft, feri. coffee was born.
At feri. coffee, we are committed to sourcing thoughtfully, roasting with a professional approach rooted in passion. Our coffees are available online and through select cafes across London, with the goal of making specialty coffee approachable and memorable.
feri. coffee is more than a brand – it is a reflection of our belief that coffee is both a craft and a way to connect people. We aim to share that connection, one cup at a time.

Our Philosophy
At feri. coffee, we believe coffee is shaped by attention and experience rather than trends or technology alone. Our approach focuses on clarity, balance, and respect for each coffee’s natural character. Every decision—from sourcing to roasting—is made with intention, allowing the coffee to speak for itself.
Sourcing
We source coffees with a focus on quality, transparency, and expression. Our selection spans distinctive origins including Ethiopia, Kenya, Panama, and China, featuring both classic and progressive processing methods. Each coffee is chosen for its ability to clearly represent its origin while remaining balanced and approachable in the cup.
Roasting
Roasting at feri. coffee is guided by experience and close observation of time and temperature rather than heavy automation. While we favour lighter profiles for their clarity and vibrancy, roast styles are thoughtfully adjusted to suit each coffee’s purpose and the preferences of our café partners. The aim is always balance, sweetness, and structure—never excess.
